What Community Education means

Community Education means educational programs, workshops, classes, resource libraries, public-interest content, workforce-readiness initiatives, financial-literacy programs, and community-development training offered to individuals, families, churches, nonprofits, schools, businesses, and public organizations.

Programs may be free, low-cost, sponsored, grant-funded, scholarship-supported, or community-access, and may be provided directly or through a host organization. They may include classes, articles, worksheets, tools, webinars, speaking engagements, resource libraries, and other educational content intended to improve financial literacy, workforce readiness, business development, credit education, and life skills.

Who it is for & access

Community Education is open to the audiences described above. Some programs are open to the public; others are offered through a partnering organization and may be limited to that organization's members or participants. Registration, capacity limits, eligibility requirements, or a host organization's own rules may apply to a given program.

Educational purpose only

Community Education is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, credit-repair, lending, accounting, medical, or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional or advisory relationship.

Participation in Community Education programs does not create a client relationship, consulting relationship, credit-repair relationship, contractor relationship, employment relationship, or fiduciary relationship with JoMar Business Solutions.

We do not guarantee any particular result — including credit-score changes, funding or loan approvals, contract awards, employment, or financial outcomes. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and for consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.

Participation & conduct

By taking part, you agree to engage respectfully and lawfully, to provide accurate information when registering, and not to disrupt a program or harass other participants, hosts, or instructors. We may decline or end participation for anyone who does not follow these terms or a host organization's rules.

Use of materials

Materials provided through Community Education remain the property of JoMar Business Solutions and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participation grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or internal educational purposes only.

Unless we agree in writing, you may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, share, teach from, or create derivative works based upon the materials. See our Trademark & Brand Use page for the full terms governing our marks and content.

Host & partner organizations

When a program is delivered through a church, nonprofit, school, workforce organization, business, or public entity, that organization is responsible for its own participants, venue, registration, and compliance. Hosting or attending a program does not create a partnership, joint venture, endorsement, or agency relationship unless set out in a separate written agreement.

Recordings, events & likeness

Workshops, webinars, and speaking engagements may be recorded for educational or promotional use. By attending or participating, you understand a program may be recorded and that your questions or comments may be captured. If you do not wish to appear, please let the host know or keep your camera and microphone off where the format allows.

Availability & changes

Community Education programs and resources are offered as available and may be changed, rescheduled, paused, or discontinued at any time. Access to a free or low-cost program is not guaranteed and is not an entitlement.

These terms work alongside our other policies. Where a program is also governed by a product legal page, a host organization's agreement, or a separate written arrangement, those terms apply to that program in addition to these.
