Trademark & Brand Use

The ClarityCommand™ names, logos, and brand elements are how customers recognize our work. This page explains what they are and how they may — and may not — be used.

Our marks

The following names, logos, and brands are claimed as trademarks and proprietary brand identifiers of JoMar Business Solutions, a division of Nitty Gritty Powerwashing & Mobile Services, LLC:

• ClarityCommand™ and the ClarityCommand™ logo
• ClarityCommand™ Classes, Credit, Service, and Care
• Leslie AI™
• JoMar Business Solutions and its logo

Other product names, feature names, and slogans used on the platform may also be trademarks, whether or not they appear in this list.

The ™ and ® symbols

The ™ symbol indicates a trademark right we claim in a name or logo under common law. Where a mark is federally registered, the ® symbol is used instead. The absence of a symbol on any name or logo does not waive any rights we hold in that mark.

Referring to our products

You may use our marks to refer to our products truthfully — for example, in a review, a news article, comparison, or a statement that you use ClarityCommand™. When you do:

• Use the mark only as much as needed to identify the product.
• Do not alter, abbreviate, translate, or restyle the mark or logo.
• Do not present the mark in a way that suggests we sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with you.

What is not allowed

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Use our marks in your own company, product, service, app, domain, or social media names.
• Use our marks or logos on merchandise, or in advertising, in a way that implies an official relationship.
• Modify our logos, or combine them with your own marks or other elements.
• Use our marks in hidden text, metadata, or keywords to divert or confuse traffic.
• Use our marks in any false, misleading, or disparaging manner.

Using our name or logo

Use of the ClarityCommand™ or JoMar Business Solutions logos — including in partnerships, integrations, case studies, press, or co-branded materials — requires prior written permission. Permission for one use is not permission for any other use.

Related intellectual property

Our curriculum, lesson structures, simulations, frameworks, worksheets, software, and instructional systems are protected as proprietary content separate from these trademarks. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, automated extraction, or use of this content to train or augment artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems is not permitted without prior written permission. Educational content ownership

All lessons, worksheets, simulations, frameworks, videos, audio recordings, classroom materials, portal content, downloadable resources, and educational systems within ClarityCommand™ are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a class or subscription grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. No ownership rights are transferred to the customer.

Users may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, share, teach from, or create derivative works based upon the content without prior written permission.
