Data in transit & at rest
Traffic between your device and the platform is encrypted using HTTPS / TLS. Account and course data is stored on established cloud infrastructure that encrypts data at rest by default. We work to limit the data we collect to what each product actually needs.
Accounts & access
- Sign-in required. Protected course and operational content is gated behind an account and is not accessible without signing in.
- Bot & abuse protection. Sign-in and sensitive actions are protected against automated abuse, including verification that helps distinguish real users from bots.
- Scoped access. Access to a product is tied to the relationship or purchase associated with your account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored on our own systems. We receive confirmation of a completed purchase, not your full card data.
Application practices
- Secrets and credentials are kept out of public client code wherever possible and injected at build time.
- The platform is reviewed periodically, and identified issues are tracked and addressed.
- Third-party providers are chosen for their own security track record and maintained infrastructure.
Your part in security
Security is shared. Please use a strong, unique password, keep your sign-in credentials private, and sign out on shared devices. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us right away.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you discover a security issue or a potential vulnerability, we want to hear about it. Please report it privately using the contact below so we can investigate and respond. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to address an issue before disclosing it publicly.
